2. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
* For the “Zero to Hero” pathway, payment options are as follows:
* Pay in full upfront
* Pay half upfront, then 25% every two weeks thereafter
* Pay 50% upfront, then the remaining 50% later
* For the “Regular Pathway,” payment options are as follows:
* Pay in full upfront
* Pay 50% upfront, then the remaining 50% later
* For the “Fast Path Learning” and “Coaching/Mentoring,” full payment upfront is required
Refund Policy
All payments made to RAMAC NETWORK are non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree to our no refund policy.
3. Student Responsibilities Participation
You are expected to actively participate in all scheduled classes and complete all assigned work. Each student is responsible for their own success.
Login Credentials
Your login credentials are personal and should not be shared with others. Unauthorized
sharing of login information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Course Materials
Provided Resources
We provide books and other learning materials to our students. These materials are for your personal use and should not be copied or distributed without our permission.
Emergency and Class Reassignment
In case of an emergency, we will ensure you are reassigned to another class to continue your studies.
5. Program Switching
You cannot switch programs after the first week of classes. Please choose your program carefully before enrolling.
6. Use of Website Access
If you are not up-to-date with your payments, you will not have access to classes or resources on our website.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RAMAC NETWORK or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAMAC NETWORK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
* Your use or inability to use our services
* Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
* Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
* Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party
